At 32.42m², the Massimo+ provides space for a separate bedroom, living area, kitchenette and shower room.Its larger layout makes it ideal for family accommodation, guest annexes, premium holiday lets and longer stays. The Massimo+ is best suited to properties or commercial sites with more available outdoor space.
Perfetto+
A compact accommodation solution with everything your guests need.
The Perfetto+ off ers a comfortable living and sleeping area alongside a private shower room, making it well suited to guest accommodation and short-stay rentals.
Its smaller footprint of 22.48m², It provides a practical option for customers who want premium accommodation while making effi cient use of their available space.
