The Process

  1. Contact urbanpods, either by email, telephone or our enquiry link on our website. A member of our sales team will follow up and chat through your requirements.
  1. Should you wish to proceed to the next stage we would arrange a visit to your home where we would chat through in more detail your requirements and positioning of your urbanpod* A home visit is not always required, you can if you wish send us as much detail of your garden with sizes applied and from this we can generate a quote for you and communicate through email. However a site visit may still be required our sales team would advise in more detail.
  1. Following on from our site visit and agreement on specification we will provide a full schedule and breakdown of costs, detailing exactly to your requirements you have requested and also a visual of your pod plotted within your garden surroundings.
  1. We will then provide a commencement date for the installation of your urbanpod and manufacturing will commence. Typically around a 3 – 4 week lead time should be allowed for production
  1. Our team of highly skilled urbanpodders (trained installers) will arrive and commence with installation. The ground works and services will normally be carried out the week prior to your delivery of your urbanpod
  1. Completion – We look to install and complete your urbanpod within 2 weeks of commencement at your home (dependant on specification). You are now ready to use your new urbanpod

*Our home visit, survey and plan and design is free of charge within the Edinburgh and Lothian areas. A standard charge of Β£200 is applicable out with this catchment area but is refundable upon purchase of your urbanpod
