Whilst we have created a fantastic range of pods to choose from, suited to a variety of purposes we recognize that some people have very specific ideas and would prefer a design that meets different needs.
We love a good challenge, and we’re more than happy to work with you to develop a bespoke pod – or take plans from your existing architect and work with those.
Our background in the building industry means we can quickly assess any potential difficulties and plan ahead to address them.

Streamlined service
From start to finish, our team will work side by side with you and/or your architect to make sure you receive great service and the best possible outcome for your project.
The process is very straightforward, and we follow a structure as detailed below.

You contact urbanpods™ by email, phone or through our website if you have a question about any of the pods featured on our website, or if you want to discuss a bespoke alternative. A member of our sales team will follow up your contact and chat through your requirements.

A home/business visit* will be arranged, so we can review the proposed site for your urbanpod™ and address any more detailed requests. Depending on your garden/site size and position, and choice of pod we may be able to supply an initial quote without a site visit.

After agreement of the specification we will provide a full schedule and breakdown of costs, complete with 3D visual of your pod situated within your plot.

We will agree an installation date with you, and manufacturing of your urbanpod™ will get underway.

Our skilled team will arrive on your site on the specified date to commence the installation. We normally complete any ground works or services connections the week prior to delivery of the pod.

Completion! After only 1-2 weeks of our team being on site, your urbanpod™ will be installed and ready to use. With larger pods, or those with bespoke additions the process may take longer.
