Yes, we have a fabulous showroom with the ufficio, medio, massimo and SOLAR pods all on display. The showroom is open 7 days 9-4pm. It really helps to get a sense of the pods through a visit to the showroom and is useful to stand in the different sizes.
The pods can be fully constructed and craned into position if access allows. Most however are built in parts and assembled on site.
All our pods come beautifully finished to a high standard specification and with everything you need included in the price.
We offer a full turnkey finish as standard, which is:
- The actual pod unit installed (as per the agreed design and including the ground screw foundation system)
- Painted finish internally
- Internally 3 double sockets
- Recessed strip lighting internally
- Recessed strip lighting externally within the canopy
- Composite grey decking
- Karndean floor finish internally
- Infrared ceiling heating system.
Once you have decided on your perfect pod, you can pay for it through our payment schedule:

- 30% is required to secure the installation date and enable us to manufacture the pod
- Second instalment of 40% is required 4 weeks before delivery
- 30% is required on the pod delivery day or the first day of your pod installation commencing
The pods, or generally any garden building, falls under the permitted development rights in Scotland, meaning you don’t require planning consent for installing one, there are restrictions however, for instance:
- The pod cannot be fitted against the existing house, it needs to be at least 1 metre away from the house
- The pod full height pod (2.850m externally) needs to be 1 metre away from the boundary fence (due to the height of the structure)
- If you live within a conservation area, you need planning consent regardless
- If you install drainage services for say a sink or toilet, you will need planning permission or a building warrant regardless.
We also offer a reduced height pod (2.5m externally) across our range for those where garden space is at a premium. This pod can be placed within a metre of the the boundary and can also be installed within permitted development rights.
If your pod needs permission, we will advise you of this and will guide you through this process.
Your pod comes with a 5-year guarantee for the structure. On completion, we issue guidance on how to look after your pod. You can expect it to last as long as any other structure, it will however require to be looked after, much like your home or office building. Our pods are built to new build housing standards, so they are very robust and warm buildings. You are effectively buying a mini house.
Most of the pods will be installed and ready for use in just a couple of weeks depending on the complexity of the project.

Yes absolutely, it is just a slightly different process as your pod will need consent for this.
We have developed a list of special requests from our customers. We offer lots of additional things you might like such as a feature wall, living roof, solar panels, blinds, log burner, hot tub deck and lots more. Ask us for an extras brochure.
No, our pods fall under permitted development and are free-standing structures.
